We helped manage this project from the detailed design phase through to completion, with all defects resolved.
Challenges
This project was a real challenge as COVID caused delays in the supply chain. But through teamwork we were able to complete the project in 2021 as planned.
Added Value
By working closely with the general contractor and the client, we were able to avoid VOB letters for delays and additional costs, despite the logistical challenges caused by COVID.
