We helped manage this project from the detailed design phase through to completion, ensuring all defects were resolved.

Challenges

This project was a real challenge as ordnance was found on the plot, buried underground structures were found and COVID caused delays in the supply chain. 

Added Value

Despite all the challenges that were mostly inherited, we did not give up, visiting the site regularly, taking management over from the parties on site and chasing contractors to ensure the project would be completed. It showed our client that we don’t back down when things get complicated.
