Where I jumped in

I helped to manage this project from planning permission through to completion as Assistant Project Manager.

Challenges

The sheer size of the project and the tight timescale made it a real challenge. I learnt so much during my time as assistant manager.

Added Value

As an assistant manager, you help with everything, but the supermarket in particular was my own little project. It taught me what goes into building a supermarket with mixed-use residential units above. That helped me later in my career.
