We took on the role of construction management for the renovation of the historic hotel, now transformed into 52 Limehome service apartments in Berlin. This project required meticulous planning, budgeting, and oversight, where skills like project coordination, and quality assurance played a significant role in its successful realization.

The age of the building, coupled with contemporary fire protection regulations, presented us with substantial challenges that we successfully navigated in collaboration with the client.
